• The candidate must not have attained the age of 30 years if holding an MBBS degree (only those born on or after 02 Jan 1996 are eligible).
• 35 years if holding a PG degree (only those born on or after 02 Jan 1991 are eligible) respectively.
• Indian Army provides age relaxation for the AFMS MO position as per their regulations.

• Candidates must have a MBBS degree / PG Degree from a recognized College / University with at least 50% marks.

• Interested candidates who wish to apply for the ARMY AFMS post can submit their application online before the 03 October 2025.

• The following Essential Certificates / documents should be scanned and uploaded :-

1. Passport Size Photograph (not older than 06 months) (jpeg, Size upto 100kb).
2.  Scanned copy of class X (Matriculation) Certificate or Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation as a proof of date of birth (if in English language, pdf, size upto 200kb).
3. A scanned copy of Final MBBS Part - I & Il attempt certificate.
4. A scanned copy of Internship completion certificate.
5. A scanned copy of NEET PG entrance exam score card.
6. A scanned copy of PG Degree certificate, if any.
7. Aadhar Card.

• Following original documents are essentially required to be produced for verification at the time of interview :-

1. Matriculation Certificate (Class X) or Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation as a proof of name and date of birth (if in English).
2. Aadhar Card.
3. Permanent Medical Registration Certificate.
4. Internship Completion Certificate.
5. MBBS Degree Certificate, PG Degree Certificate.
6. Final MBBS (Pt I & II) Attempt Certificate or Transcript Certificate.
7. NEET PG entrance exam score card.
8. No Objection Certificate from present employer, if any.
9. NCC Certificate, if any.
10. National Board of Examination Certificate for Foreign Medical Graduates.
11. Passport for Foreign Medical Graduates.
12. Gazette Notification or any other authority clearly highlighting your new name, if there is any change in the name after Matriculation (Class X).
13. 10 Passport size photographs (not older than 06 months), photo identity proof and address proof.
14. Attestation Form in five copies duly filled in and attested by Competent Authority (Refer Para 19 below).
